When you use FusionNote, we securely store the information you provide, such as your email address and profile details for authentication via Better Auth. All notes, canvases, and associated assets generated within the workspace are synced locally and to our Convex backend.

2. How We Use Your Information

The content you create is yours. We only use your data to provide core syncing, robust text rendering, and authentication capabilities. We do not sell or lease your note data to advertisers or third parties.

3. Data Security

All network communication takes place over HTTPS. Data stored at rest internally on Convex servers is encrypted. Authentication tokens are securely signed and delivered through high-end headless strategies.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use purely functional local storage protocols to retain offline sync caches of your TipTap content. These caches are required to preserve modifications made when losing network connection. We do not use persistent marketing tracking cookies.
